Case Study: How to Complete a Complex ATM Project with Zero Operational Delays

When TEXASBANK needed a highly complex ATM project completed over a holiday weekend, NuSource delivered. The challenge: removing the existing Teller Receiving Chest (TRC), opening the entire exterior wall, and reducing a frustrating 14-inch drive-thru curb down to 6 inches so customers could comfortably stay in their vehicles.

To navigate the tight space, we swapped the ATM and TRC layout left-to-right and installed a high-performing Hyosung 8D ATM paired with a custom Heritage “Bump-Out” surround to perfectly bridge the curb gap.

The project was completed on time and on budget before doors opened on Monday morning. Complex installations shouldn't mean operational delays.
